Bureaucracy: The government run by officials and administrators.

Aristocracy: A government ruled by the best or most able people.

Constitutionalism: Government in which power is distributed and limited by a system of laws that must be obeyed by rulers.

Autocracy: A government where one person has unlimited authority over others.

Monarchy: A government ruled by a single persons supreme power.

Dictatorship: A government ruled by a dictator.

Totalitarianism: A government run by the governing branch with absolute control.

Absolutism: A complete unrestricted power in government.

Democracy: A government run by the people.

Oligarchy: A government run by limited people.
